Absolutely! We gladly welcome requests to work with Customers Own Material (COM) for upholstered headboards. Whether you prefer plain or patterned materials, we are equipped to accommodate your choice and bring your vision to life. Your satisfaction is our priority.

What is the estimated delivery time for my headboard?+ -
Typically, the production time for our headboards ranges from 2 to 5 weeks. While we make every effort to process orders promptly, please note that during peak periods, manufacturing time may be extended. Once your order is complete, our dedicated dispatch team will reach out to you to coordinate a suitable dispatch date, ensuring a smooth and timely delivery process.

Do you have the capability to produce alternative designs for headboards?+ -
If our standard headboard designs do not meet your satisfaction, we are more than happy to accommodate your specific requests. Simply email us a photograph of your desired design, along with the dimensions, and we will promptly provide you with a quotation tailored to your unique requirements.

Is it possible to view the fabric before placing an order?+ -
We strongly advise requesting a complimentary fabric swatch prior to finalising your order, as it allows you to evaluate the fabric's quality and appearance firsthand. We are delighted to offer free fabric swatches to our valued customers, and we dispatch them regularly. Don't hesitate to reach out and request a swatch, as it can help ensure your satisfaction with the fabric selection before proceeding with your order.

Do you supply bed bolts for securing the headboard struts to the bed frame?+ -
When you place an order for a headboard with Headboard Struts, we include the necessary screws to attach the struts to the headboard. However, please note that we do not supply bed bolts for attaching the struts to the bed, as these are typically provided by the bed manufacturer. If you happen to misplace the bed bolts, we do offer them for sale as a separate item.
